Terms And Conditions

• The subscription fees, usage charges, and other fees for the Service will be as stated in Blaze’s tariff information, which is subject to change from time to time by Blaze. Offers are valid only for residential customers.
• The user shall pay the monthly service fees and other charges in accordance with the Subscription Plan.
• The user shall pay the applicable taxes, if any, on the Service. One-time installation cost is non-refundable.
• Blaze may charge nominal fees for service modifications, such as changes in subscription plans, etc.
• All prices are exclusive of government taxes and payable at sign-up.
• The CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) will remain Blaze's property and will be retrieved in case of disconnection. Blaze, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change or amend any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Additional charges may apply for add-on services.
• Fair usage policy applies.
• Blaze TV Box is required for Blaze TV services.
• Blaze users cannot downgrade their bandwidth of any promotion or package during the middle of the month. Downgrades are only effective from the first (1st) of every month.
• Blaze TV channel feeds, both analog and digital, are subject to change at the discretion of the concerned authorities.
